What is Bellutia's return policy?

At Bellutia, we want to offer you a simple and risk-free shopping experience.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange.

1. Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

For a size exchange:

• No change of colour

• Limit: ±2 sizes maximum

• One exchange per order

• FREE exchange

Hygiene exception: items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (such as socks or underwear) are not eligible for return or exchange once unsealed after delivery.

Exception for digital products (eBooks): the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium if its performance has begun, with your express consent, before the end of the withdrawal period. By confirming your order for a digital product (eBook), you expressly waive your right of withdrawal. Consequently, these products are neither refundable nor exchangeable once the download link has been sent.

Return costs for certain destinations: exceptionally, for orders delivered to Luxembourg, Switzerland and the French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), all return costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

2. Extended commercial policy (15 to 30 days)

Beyond the 14-day legal period and up to 30 days after receipt of your order, Bellutia offers you the possibility to return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

For a size exchange:

• No change of colour

• Limit: ±2 sizes maximum

• One exchange per order

• FREE exchange

For a refund:

• Only for items not on sale or not bought in a promotion

• You will bear the return costs

• The refund will be made on the amount paid, minus these costs

Return conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused

• It must be returned in its original condition, with the individual packaging, the outer packaging and the labels intact

• It must be accompanied by proof of purchase (confirmation email or invoice)

Hygiene exception: in accordance with the legal provisions, items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (such as socks or underwear) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exception for digital products (eBooks): digital content is neither refundable nor exchangeable once the download link has been sent.
