How do I exchange a size?

Our exchange procedure in 3 steps:

1. Fill in the size exchange form

Provide the following information:

• Order number

• Product(s) concerned

• Desired size

Fill in the size exchange form here.

2. Receive the return instructions

Within 24-48 hours, our team will send you:

• The prepaid return label

• The packing instructions

• Confirmation of the new size

3. Send your item back

• Print the return label

• Pack the item carefully

• Drop the parcel off with the carrier

Exchange range: You can exchange your item for a size up to ±2 sizes from your original size.

Example:

Size ordered: M (42)

Possible exchange sizes: XS (40), S (41), L (43), XL (44)

One exchange per order (except in the event of an error on our part): include all the items to be exchanged in a single request.
